One Heart Institute Fellowship and Artist Residency

Registration Deadlines and Capacity

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. To create an intimate and immersive experience, each retreat is limited to under 30 participants—early application is highly recommended

Need-based Financial Support Available - Limited Offering 

If you are experiencing financial constraints and sincerely wish to join the program, we have a limited number of work-exchange opportunities available. Support will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to qualified applicants. 

Comprehensive:

June 21 - 28, 2026: 

• $1800 if registered by May 10th, 2026

• $2100 after 11:59pm PT, May 10th

Rates include:

• Program fees

• A single occupancy room

• Daily nutritious and delicious vegetarian meals and refreshments

One Heart Institute Fellowship

If you are a young adult up to the age of 26, genuinely interested in this opportunity and needing financial support, please fill out the One Heart Institute Fellowship Application.

Work Exchange Scholarship 

A limited number of Work Exchange Scholarships are available for participants experiencing financial constraints. Scholarship recipients contribute through supportive community roles during the program, such as setup, hospitality, kitchen, media, or administrative assistance. Opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis to qualified applicants. 

Artist Residency

• A work sample (e.g., performance, composition, recording, lecture, etc.)

• CV

• Website or portfolio, if available

• A paragraph introducing yourself and describing your interest in the One Heart Institute

Teaching Assistant Scholarship

We are offering teaching assistant scholarships to individuals interested in participating in our summer programs and are actively engaged in teaching within the following fields: Guitar | Saxophone | Taiji | Yoga | Mindfulness | Music Education. As teaching assistants, you will collaborate with our faculty, gain valuable teaching experience, and fully immerse yourself in the program.

Returning Student Discount

If you have previously completed a One Heart Institute program and are registering for a current program, you will receive a discount on your total tuition and fees. 

Group Registration Discount

Group registration for two or more participants qualifies for a $100 discount per person at checkout.
